Assistant Supply Chain and Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Supply Chain and Warehouse Manager with strong practical knowledge of warehouse and supply‑chain operations. The ideal candidate will analyse operational gaps, drive proactive improvements and support day‑to‑day logistics, inventory and import activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support and oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory movement and stock accuracy.
• Coordinate import, shipment and logistics activities with suppliers, finance, sales and other internal teams.
• Assist with Letter of Credit (LC) and import documentation, ensuring timely processing.
• Plan and manage receiving, storage, picking and dispatch processes.
• Maintain proper documentation and update inventory records in ERP/WMS.
• Analyse inventory and supply‑chain data to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare regular inventory, warehouse and supply‑chain reports for management.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose practical solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Analytical, data‑driven and solution‑oriented.
• Strong communicator and coordinator across multiple departments.
• Comfortable working with numbers, reports and operational data.
• Knowledgeable about import processes, LC procedures and supply‑chain planning.
• Proactive in identifying problems before they become larger issues.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and motivated to learn and grow.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) / ERP proficiency.
• Inventory reporting and stock accuracy management.
• Data analysis and forecasting.
• Import documentation and Letter of Credit (LC) handling.
• Supply‑chain planning and coordination.
