Product and Packaging Designing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Product and Packaging Designing Manager to lead the development of visually appealing, market‑driven product and packaging designs for Bhat Bhateni Food Products. The role involves turning brand strategy into compelling packaging concepts while ensuring functional and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative product and packaging designs aligned with the company's brand identity and marketing strategy.
• Create packaging artwork, labels, cartons, promotional materials, and product mockups.
• Manage the complete design process from concept development to final production.
• Coordinate with marketing, product development, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely execution.
• Ensure packaging complies with regulatory requirements, printing standards, and quality specifications.
• Research market trends, competitor packaging, consumer preferences, and emerging design technologies.
• Supervise photography, product branding, and visual presentation for marketing campaigns.
• Liaise with printing vendors and packaging suppliers to ensure high‑quality production.
• Maintain and update brand guidelines across all product packaging and promotional materials.
• Lead and mentor the design team while managing multiple projects within deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of experience in product and packaging design.
• Proven ability to develop innovative design concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory and printing standards for packaging.
