Product Marketing Manager, Growth Team

About the role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Growth Team and drive user‑centric product experiences. You will combine deep product knowledge with design expertise to shape competitive positioning, user flows, and visual concepts that solve real problems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop thorough understanding of product technology and features.
• Research and deliver business impact insights for product decisions.
• Create deliverables such as competitive analyses, user flows, low‑fidelity wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Communicate UX findings clearly to design, cross‑functional partners, and broader team members.

Required profile

• A portfolio showcasing polished end‑to‑end customer journeys.
• 5+ years of experience in interactive or visual design.
• Strong interpersonal skills and awareness of mobile, communications, and collaboration trends.
• Proven ability to scope, estimate, and prioritize work independently.
• Track record of influencing shipped products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch.
• Ability to produce high‑quality design prototypes and communication artifacts.
