About the role
We are seeking an organised and driven Production Coordinator to keep our animation and VFX projects running smoothly. The role works closely with Production Managers, Supervisors and department leads to manage schedules, resources and team communications throughout the production pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule projects and allocate resources to meet deadlines.
- Track team quotas, daily reports and progress against targets.
- Manage leave requests, administrative compliance and time‑tracking for the team.
- Coordinate with department leads to identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
- Communicate project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Support team morale and help resolve interpersonal concerns constructively.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in production coordination for animation or VFX projects (minimum 2 years).
