Program Director

About the role

The Program Director will lead the design, development, execution and evaluation of the Forum’s programs that support young entrepreneurs. Reporting to the CEO, the role translates strategic priorities into impactful initiatives across entrepreneurship development, mentorship, networking, policy engagement and ecosystem building.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an annual program calendar aligned with strategic priorities and convert objectives into structured initiatives.
• Design and manage a portfolio of programs such as entrepreneurship development, leadership, mentorship, networking, investor readiness, policy dialogues and international exchanges.
• Lead end‑to‑end execution, creating detailed project plans, coordinating internal teams and external partners, and ensuring delivery within scope, budget and timeline.
• Monitor program performance, maintain documentation, conduct post‑program reviews and implement continuous improvements.
• Assess the needs of young entrepreneurs, recommend new programs based on market trends, and ensure measurable impact through defined KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 72 months (6 years) of experience in program design, management and evaluation.
• Senior‑level experience working with CEOs, boards, partners, mentors, government institutions and investors.
• Demonstrated ability to develop budgets, timelines and measurable outcomes for multi‑stakeholder programs.
