Programme Coordinator – BHTM Programme

About the role

The Siddhartha Academy of Hospitality and Tourism Management is seeking a Programme Coordinator to lead the Bachelor of Hotel and Tourism Management (BHTM) programme. This full‑time position will oversee all academic operations, ensuring the programme runs smoothly and meets quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage overall academic operations of the BHTM programme.
• Implement the academic calendar, teaching‑learning activities, and internal assessments.
• Supervise faculty performance and maintain academic quality standards.
• Coordinate with the university, industry partners, students, and parents.
• Organise practical sessions, workshops, guest lectures, industrial visits, and student development activities.
• Support admissions, student counselling, marketing initiatives, and industry collaborations.
• Prepare academic reports and ensure compliance with university and institutional requirements.

Required profile

• Dynamic, motivated, and academically competent professional.
• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in academic coordination or a related field.
• Ability to supervise faculty, manage stakeholder relationships, and uphold quality standards.
