Proposal Development Officer

About the role

Eco Concern is looking for a detail‑oriented, analytical, and highly organized Proposal Development Officer to join its Head Office in Talchhikhel, Lalitpur. The role focuses on preparing high‑quality technical and financial proposals, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring effective coordination with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high‑quality proposals, concept notes, and expressions of interest.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Analyze financial data and develop strategies to reduce costs and increase profits.
• Collaborate with executives to determine cost‑effective approaches for new opportunities.
• Meet with potential agents to present offerings and negotiate deals.
• Maintain accurate records of proposals and project documents.
• Evaluate the success or failure of submitted proposals.
• Compile client feedback for periodic analysis and implement improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in proposal development or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and external partners.
