About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results‑oriented Business Development Manager to drive student enrollments and business growth. The role focuses on promoting TQUK‑endorsed diploma programs across Nepal and expanding our education consultancy services for students planning to study abroad. The position is based in Kathmandu and offers a full‑time opportunity to work with a dynamic education consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote TQUK‑endorsed programs.
• Build brand visibility through engaging content and promotional activities.
• Promote international study consultancy services to prospective students.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with global universities and education providers.

Required profile

• Passionate about education.
• Strong in marketing and business development.
• Experience in student recruitment or institutional partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales, preferably within the education consultancy sector.
