Field Sales Executive

About the role

The Field Sales Executive will work on‑site in Kathmandu, identifying and approaching prospective businesses to showcase Tukaatu’s AI‑powered digital‑commerce solutions. The role involves regular client visits, lead management, product presentations and supporting merchant onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective merchants, explaining platform benefits.
• Conduct regular field visits, manage sales pipeline and prepare basic sales reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and gather market feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve product offerings.

Required profile

• Proven sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation and negotiation.
• Ability to work independently in the field, adapt to various business environments and meet sales targets.
• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Fluent in local language and good command of English.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of digital commerce, online marketplaces and payment solutions.
• Comfort using smartphones, web‑based tools and CRM or sales‑tracking applications.
