Eagle Manpower Consultant is looking for a confident and professional Public Relations Officer to serve as the primary point of contact for clients. The role involves handling inquiries, building strong relationships, and representing the company with a courteous and positive attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, business partners, and stakeholders.
• Represent the company professionally and provide accurate information about services, recruitment processes, and policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely support for clients.
• Address client concerns promptly and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow‑up activities.
• Assist with promotional, marketing, and business development initiatives as required.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long‑term relationships.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.
