Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

About the role

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join Prabhu Holdings in Kathmandu. The successful candidate will manage financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance and support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and certify financial statements in line with Nepal Financial Reporting Standards (NFRS).
• Conduct statutory, internal and external audits to maintain accuracy of financial reporting.
• Oversee corporate and indirect tax planning, preparation and filing.
• Develop and monitor internal controls and risk management frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with company law, regulatory filings and statutory obligations.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
• Support corporate initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, due diligence and restructuring.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, external auditors and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with membership issued by ICAN.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of NFRS and its implementation.
