Relationship Officer

About the role

As a Relationship Officer you will be the main point of contact for restaurant partners on the Foodmandu platform, helping them grow their business and ensuring a smooth day‑to‑day experience. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues, drive promotional initiatives and support partner satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned restaurant partners, acting as their primary liaison.
• Monitor partner performance, identify growth opportunities and support promotional campaigns.
• Onboard new restaurant partners through online and offline prospecting and research market trends.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance and Customer Support to resolve partner issues promptly.
• Prepare basic reports and keep accurate records of partner interactions and account activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in partner relationship, account management or business development.
• Experience working with restaurant partners or in the food‑delivery sector.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively.
