Restaurant Relations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Restaurant Relations Specialist to act as the primary liaison for our restaurant partners in Kathmandu. You will manage partner accounts, drive business growth, and ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned restaurant partners.
• Serve as the main point of contact for partner queries, requirements, and day‑to‑day support.
• Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and support promotional campaigns.
• Onboard new restaurant partners through online and offline prospecting.
• Conduct market research, track competitor activity, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate partner records, prepare performance reports, and conduct field visits as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Personal vehicle and a valid driving licence for regular field visits.
