Sales and Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Kathmandu Garden Home Hotel is looking for a dynamic, customer‑focused Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support its sales and marketing functions. The role involves coordinating sales activities, maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators and other partners, and ensuring excellent customer service and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for the hotel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators and business partners.
• Coordinate room bookings, group reservations and event inquiries with relevant departments.
• Follow up on sales leads, inquiries and client requests promptly.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts and other sales‑related documents.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, bookings, contracts and sales activities.
• Conduct client visits, meetings and presentations to promote hotel services and facilities.
• Support sales and marketing campaigns to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping and Operations teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
• Participate in networking events, exhibitions and promotional activities as required.
