About the role

Lumora Bhedetar is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead sales initiatives and promote the resort. The role focuses on increasing room bookings, building client relationships, and delivering innovative marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Promote the resort to corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and event organizers.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, and other online platforms.
• Coordinate promotional events, seasonal offers, and branding activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure exceptional guest experiences and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
