Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will support the Area Marketing Manager in achieving regional business targets for heavy‑industry equipment. The role focuses on generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and promoting the company’s portfolio to grow market share.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Area Marketing Manager in meeting regional business goals.
• Identify potential customers and create new business opportunities.
• Generate and convert leads while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Proactively assess client needs and promote the company’s product and service portfolio.
• Recommend marketing tools to raise brand awareness and attract/retain customers.
• Conduct market analysis, demand forecasting, and competitor assessment to uncover growth opportunities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer databases and excellent relations.
• Support financing and payment collection as part of the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with leasing teams when required for customer support.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years proven experience selling heavy‑industry or construction machinery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering, or International Business.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High sense of responsibility, integrity, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid motorbike driving licence.
