Sales Executive – Hotel Sales & Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join the Sales & Marketing team at our upcoming Crowne Plaza hotel in Kathmandu. You will be responsible for driving revenue, creating new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and event organizers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, MICE, travel trade and other relevant market segments.
• Support the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to achieve hotel revenue and business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, partners and key accounts.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, hotel tours and site inspections to promote rooms, restaurants, meeting spaces and other facilities.
• Respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and follow up to convert opportunities into confirmed business.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, opportunities and account performance in hotel systems.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, F&B, Events and other departments to ensure client requirements are met.
• Assist in planning and executing sales visits, client events, promotional activities, trade shows and exhibitions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify growth areas.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Management, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of sales experience within a hotel or hospitality environment.
