Sales Executive

About the role

Pallavi Electra is seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell its electronic product range. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing customer relationships, and meeting defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers to create new business opportunities.
• Promote and sell electronic products to both existing and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and monitor competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and keep accurate client records.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in electronic products.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
