Sales Executive

About the role

Growstro Technologies is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to expand its restaurant management and POS platform across Kathmandu Valley. Working directly with the Founder, you will be responsible for acquiring new restaurant clients, driving revenue, and helping shape a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the restaurant industry.
• Visit restaurants daily to engage owners and key decision‑makers.
• Understand customer challenges and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and convert trial users into paying customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare daily sales activity reports.
• Analyze customer feedback and sales objections to improve the sales process.
• Support, guide, and mentor junior sales executives.
• Coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding.

Required profile

• Results‑oriented professional with at least 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong ability to build relationships with restaurant owners and decision‑makers.
• Proactive lead generation and prospecting skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel within Kathmandu Valley.
