Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will promote the company's paint range across the Birtamod territory, building relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors and painters. The role involves regular field visits, order processing and market intelligence to drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
• Visit dealers, retailers, hardware shops, contractors, builders, painters and construction sites on a regular basis.
• Generate new leads, develop existing customers and promote product features, benefits and applications.
• Take orders, coordinate delivery with logistics, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions and market activities, and provide feedback to management.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
• Support promotional events such as painter meets, contractor meets and product demonstrations.
• Maintain daily visit reports, sales reports and market information for the supervisor.
• Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets and assist with new product launches.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, logistics and finance teams for smooth operations.

Required profile

• 1 year of sales experience is preferred, but fresh graduates may also apply.
• Own a bike and hold a valid driving licence.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
