Sales Manager – Home Appliances

About the role

The Sales Manager (Home Appliance) is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kathmandu. You will lead the sales team, drive growth of home‑appliance products, and meet monthly and annual revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales strategies while monitoring market trends.
• Maintain and expand relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and oversee pricing and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure product availability and effective campaigns.
• Coach, mentor, and develop sales staff, resolving customer issues and upholding high service standards.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven sales‑management experience, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics.
• Strong ability to set targets, analyze sales data, and monitor performance.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills with retailers and distributors.
• Leadership experience in coaching and performance management of sales representatives.
• Good understanding of the Kathmandu market dynamics for home appliances.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
