Sales Officer – Educational ERP Solutions

About the role

Akshamala ERP is seeking a proactive Sales Officer to promote its AI‑driven school and college management platform. You will work directly with educational institutions across Kathmandu Valley and beyond, helping them transition from manual processes to an integrated digital ERP.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential schools, colleges and academies through field visits, calls, emails and networking.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, researching institutional challenges and positioning Akshamala ERP as a solution.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations—both online and on‑site—tailored to each institution’s needs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers, handling objections, pricing discussions and negotiations.
• Close new accounts, achieve assigned sales targets and coordinate with technical teams for seamless implementation.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients, upsell additional modules and gather feedback for product improvement.
• Represent the company at education fairs, seminars and workshops to expand market presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, software or ERP sales preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also welcome.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
