Sales Officer – Pokhara (FMCG)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing consumer goods distributor that operates across Nepal’s mid‑hills and urban centers. Based in Pokhara, you will be on the front lines of market expansion, building trusted relationships with kiranas, supermarkets and regional wholesalers to drive revenue growth and brand leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily field sales calls to existing and new retail outlets across Pokhara and surrounding districts.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by promoting product displays, managing stock availability and encouraging impulse purchases.
• Collect real‑time market intelligence (competitor pricing, shelf placement, customer feedback) and report weekly to regional managers.
• Onboard and train new distributors and sales agents on product knowledge, sales scripts and CRM usage.
• Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely product delivery and minimise stock‑outs.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalations on the ground while maintaining brand reputation and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in Nepali and English.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving licence for field mobility.
• Experience with FMCG or fast‑moving retail products is preferred.
