Sales Officer – Premium Kitchen Appliances

About the role

The Sales Officer will drive sales of premium kitchen and home appliances across Kathmandu, building strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and end‑customers. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets while representing a globally recognized brand.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers and retail staff.
• Visit showrooms, retail outlets, and project sites to promote products.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and referrals.
• Coordinate with marketing and after‑sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and industry trends.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in appliances or electronics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Valid two‑wheeler license and own vehicle preferred for field visits.
• Fluency in Nepali and English.
