Sales Officer - Property Listing Division

About the role

The Sales Officer – Property Listing Division will work from our Kathmandu office to source, list and promote residential and commercial properties. You will keep property data accurate, support the sales team and build strong relationships with owners and landlords.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new residential and commercial property listings.
• Maintain up‑to‑date property records in internal databases and marketing channels.
• Conduct property visits, coordinate with owners/landlords and ensure listings meet company standards.
• Handle inquiries from potential buyers or tenants and provide timely information.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote listings and generate leads.
• Support sales operations by preparing data for closing processes.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional communication skills.
• Experience in sales operations or field sales, preferably in real estate.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage time effectively and conduct regular property visits.
• Basic knowledge of Kathmandu’s real estate market dynamics.
• Minimum higher secondary diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
• Integrity, attention to detail and a client‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Experience using CRM tools or listing platforms.
• Willingness to learn new software applications.
