Sales Trainee Officer

About the role

Bidhee Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Sales Trainee Officer to join its growing sales team in Kathmandu. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to a suite of software solutions, including construction management, HRMS, payroll, inventory, and CRM tools. You will learn the company’s products and sales processes while supporting senior sales staff.

Key responsibilities

• Learn Bidhee’s product portfolio, services, and sales methodology.
• Generate leads through cold calls, networking, and market research.
• Assist senior sales members during client meetings and site visits.
• Introduce and promote Bidhee’s software solutions to prospective clients.
• Conduct client follow‑ups via calls, meetings, and professional channels.
• Support product demonstrations and prepare sales documentation.
• Maintain client records and keep the sales pipeline up to date.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve assigned targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 3‑6 months of sales experience, preferably in a software company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in corporate sales.
• Willingness to travel for client and market visits.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
