School Program Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive School Program Coordinator to lead field outreach for our Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) initiative. You will be the primary point of contact with schools, securing permissions and scheduling awareness sessions on menstrual hygiene and the distribution of sanitary pads.

Key responsibilities

• Visit target schools daily to present the MHM program to principals, administrators and trust management and obtain formal approvals.
• Achieve the quota of 220 schools onboarded within the campaign timeline, ensuring signed consent forms are collected.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational stakeholders, addressing any sensitivities around menstrual health discussions.
• Coordinate dates and times between school administrations and our training facilitators to guarantee smooth program delivery.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of visits, permission status and scheduled sessions in the CRM/tracking spreadsheet.
• Assist in obtaining local education department permits or NOCs when required by district protocols.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in field sales, NGO/CSR outreach, institutional liaison or school‑level community mobilization.
• Excellent verbal, persuasive and interpersonal communication skills in local languages and English.
• Willingness to travel daily to public and private schools across the assigned territory.
• Ability to discuss menstrual health and hygiene professionally and respectfully.
• Strong time‑management and record‑keeping abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for tracking contacts and permissions.
• Competence in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) for data logging and reporting.
