Senior Brand & Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

The Brand & Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, planning and implementing marketing campaigns, and managing the company’s social media presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media and online platforms.
• Plan and implement ATL & BTL marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility.
• Manage social media pages, content, campaigns, and digital promotions.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams for marketing activities.
• Support brand positioning, promotional campaigns, events, and activations.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, and ATL/BTL activities.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and marketing campaign execution.
• Good communication, creativity, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Experience in the automotive/lubricant industry will be an advantage.
