Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

Asseti is building a platform for asset intelligence in real‑estate. We are looking for a senior full‑stack engineer who can own features from database design through UI delivery, working with high autonomy on multi‑month initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own platform and product capabilities end‑to‑end: data modelling, backend services, APIs, and the frontend.
• Design and run database evolution safely, including schema changes, migrations, and data‑integrity work on live production systems.
• Build and maintain geospatial and measurement features critical for customer accuracy.
• Keep the platform reliable by investigating production issues across services and pipelines, then hardening the systems.
• Set technical direction in your area and raise quality standards for the team.

Required profile

• Proactively work across backend, frontend, database and infrastructure without waiting for hand‑offs.
• Have delivered a complex system that others now rely on.
• Comfortable shipping new capabilities and debugging production incidents.
• Strong written communication, able to design before building and explain trade‑offs.

Required skills

• Go (or comparable typed backend language) with experience in service‑oriented architecture.
• PostgreSQL, including schema design, query performance, and production migrations.
• React and TypeScript for frontend development.
• Infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform and cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent).
• Experience with geospatial technologies (PostGIS, spatial data handling) is a plus.
• Python and exposure to data/ML or computer‑vision pipelines is a plus.
• Knowledge of C++ or other low‑level languages is a plus.
