Senior Marketing Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Officer to lead our marketing initiatives across the construction materials and building services sectors. The role will involve developing strategies, managing campaigns, and collaborating closely with sales, internal teams and clients to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, analysis and brainstorming for each project stage.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, presentations, and training programs.
• Organise events, exhibitions, training sessions and client meetings.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners.
• Identify sales opportunities, monitor market trends and propose improvements to achieve marketing goals.
• Prepare quotations, specifications and other documentation, supervising a marketing assistant.
• Negotiate, close deals and manage project follow‑up reports.
• Drive revenue objectives through public relations and achievement of sales targets.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Creativity, commercial awareness and ability to work under pressure.
• Two‑wheeler ownership is compulsory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• Experience with CRM software.
