Senior Sales Marketing Manager

About the role

The Senior Sales Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to boost room bookings, event business, and overall revenue for Hotel Central Plaza. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with multiple hotel departments to ensure a consistent brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement sales and marketing plans that drive revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local and regional market.
• Manage key client relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
• Analyse market trends, monitor competitor activity, and produce sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Collaborate with front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams to align guest experience with brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales and marketing with a record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong ability to develop sales strategies, manage client accounts, and build long‑term relationships.
• Experience planning and executing digital marketing, social media, and local outreach initiatives.
• Solid analytical and reporting skills, including market research and forecasting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with the Kohalpur or regional market is beneficial.
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours for events and key client meetings.
