Senior Sales Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Officer to join our diversified healthcare and consumer wellness company in Kathmandu. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive sales growth across assigned territories and channels, focusing on dermatology, orthopedic care, and FMCG wellness products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and retail partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand product availability in the market.
• Oversee daily sales operations, monitor performance against targets, and prepare regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to execute promotional activities and product demonstrations.
• Conduct market visits, handle customer inquiries, and ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
• Mentor junior sales team members and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare, pharma, or wellness product sales.
• Strong sales operations skills, including territory management, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting.
• Experience in channel sales with distributors, retailers, and healthcare partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
