The Senior Sales Officer will drive business growth for a manufacturing company based in Bharatpur, Chitwan. Reporting to senior management, the role focuses on expanding the client base, maintaining strong relationships, and achieving sales targets within the manufacturing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers in the manufacturing market.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• 3–4 years of proven experience as a sales officer in the manufacturing industry or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
