About the role

WorldLink Communications is looking for a Senior Software Developer to join its growing team in Jawalakhel, Lalitpur. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions while leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior developers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze user needs and system requirements to define software specifications and architecture.
• Design, code, test, and debug applications using appropriate programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and bugs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and QA testers, to ensure seamless integration.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and test plans.
• Participate in code reviews, adhere to coding standards, and support quality assurance processes.
• Manage individual tasks, estimate timelines, and communicate progress to project managers.
• Provide technical support and perform software maintenance and updates.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor junior team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
