Senior Visual Merchandiser

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Kathmandu will lead the design, planning and implementation of visual concepts across store interiors and window displays. The Senior Visual Merchandiser will enhance brand identity and drive customer engagement through seasonal and promotional layouts.

Key responsibilities

• Create seasonal and promotional visual layouts that align with merchandising goals.
• Coordinate with store and sales teams to ensure visual themes match brand guidelines.
• Oversee installation of visual elements and monitor store presentation standards.
• Analyze customer response and sales data to refine visual strategies.
• Mentor junior visual team members and collaborate on product launches and retail campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Practical retail experience with solid understanding of store operations.
• Customer service and sales awareness to align visuals with shopper behavior.
• Proven experience as a visual merchandiser at a senior or lead level.
• Diploma or degree in Fashion, Design, Retail Management, Marketing or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in designing and executing window displays and in‑store visual concepts.
• Ability to translate brand guidelines into creative, commercially effective visual solutions.
• Knowledge of basic design principles and familiarity with design software.
