About the role

NX Academy is seeking a full‑time Video Editor to create and polish educational and promotional video content. The role is on‑site in Nepal and involves close collaboration with instructors, videographers, and the marketing team to deliver high‑quality visual material.

Key responsibilities

• Organise raw footage, cut and assemble sequences, and apply transitions and effects.
• Perform basic colour correction, motion‑graphics integration, and export videos in formats suitable for online platforms.
• Support recording sessions and contribute creative ideas for new content formats.
• Maintain brand consistency and meet project deadlines across multiple video projects.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with a good sense of timing and pacing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Prior experience with educational or social‑media video content is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience in colour grading and basic post‑production workflows.
• Ability to create motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with video export settings for various online platforms.
