Service Delivery Engineer (Enterprise Solutions)

About the role

The Service Delivery Engineer will lead end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise solutions for Ncell, ensuring SLA compliance and high‑quality service across data‑center, cloud, cybersecurity and fixed‑network offerings. You will act as the bridge between customers, internal teams and partners to drive automation, process optimisation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle service delivery of enterprise solutions, maintaining SLA adherence.
• Manage customer onboarding and implementation of data‑center, cloud, cyber‑security and fixed‑network services.
• Collaborate with NOC, CX, partner support and regulatory bodies to automate processes and improve service reliability.
• Ensure regulatory and security compliance while delivering managed services.
• Proactively identify and resolve service challenges to boost customer satisfaction.
• Design and implement service delivery strategies that integrate multiple technology platforms.
• Maintain interoperability between systems and vendors for high service reliability.
• Work with sales, pre‑sales and solution architects to align delivery models with customer requirements.
• Engage enterprise customers to understand ongoing operational and support needs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication or related field with 4 years experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 6 years experience.
• Strong background in network, cloud, cybersecurity and ITIL‑based service management.
• Proven experience handling enterprise customers and managing large‑scale operations.
