Service Engineers

About the role

We are looking for motivated Service Engineers to join our team across four locations in Nepal. The role involves providing technical support and maintenance for equipment in the healthcare sector. The position is full‑time and requires travel to client sites within the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site service, installation, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Document service activities and report findings to the relevant department.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in a Critical Care Division is considered an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients.
