Showroom Sales Officer – Baby Products

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, target‑driven Sales Officer to grow our baby product portfolio, including diapers, toys, skincare and accessories, across Kathmandu and Banepa.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet assigned targets and increase revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, wholesalers and other sales partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, competitor activity, pricing and trends.
• Promote products, ensure effective placement and brand visibility at retail outlets.
• Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns, product launches and sales activities.
• Negotiate with customers and partners to establish profitable, long‑term relationships.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports and provide market updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, baby‑care or skincare.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.
• Knowledge of retail sales, distribution channels and market development.
• Personal vehicle and willingness to travel for market visits.
• Independent, target‑oriented work approach.
