Software Engineer II – Python, AWS, MongoDB

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer II to design, build, and maintain scalable, cloud‑native applications for the Infinite Nepal / Cotiviti product suite. The role focuses on Python development and large‑scale data processing within the US healthcare domain.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high‑quality Python services, including data ingestion, transformation, and processing pipelines.
• Implement event‑driven and serverless architectures using AWS Lambda, SQS and related services.
• Design and optimise data storage with Amazon DocumentDB and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle.
• Write unit, integration and automated tests, conduct code reviews, and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide technical support for production issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3‑5 years of professional Python development experience.
• Hands‑on experience deploying applications on AWS and working with MongoDB/DocumentDB.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases.
• Experience with message brokers (SQS, RabbitMQ, Kafka) and serverless technologies.
