About the role
The Solutions Manager will lead the delivery and management of external system solutions for airline clients. This position sits within an IT outsourcing environment and focuses on ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and ongoing support of airline external systems.
- Act as the primary technical account manager, coordinating between internal teams and airline stakeholders.
- Monitor solution performance, address issues, and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align solutions with client requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Solutions Management, Technical Account Management, or a similar role.
