Spare Parts Officer – Two-wheeler Industry

About the role

The Spare Parts Officer will manage the inventory, procurement and distribution of two‑wheeler spare parts for a warehouse serving service centres and dealers in Kathmandu. The role ensures parts are stored efficiently, orders are processed accurately, and stock levels are maintained to meet service demand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise spare‑parts storage in the warehouse for easy accessibility.
• Participate in regular inventory audits across warehouse and branch locations.
• Coordinate with service‑center and dealer in‑charges to gather parts requirements.
• Process spare‑parts orders promptly and ensure timely delivery to dealers.
• Oversee proper packaging, labeling and dispatch of parts.
• Prepare daily sales reports and track damaged or lost stock.
• Monitor consignment supplies, report shortages or damages to the Head of Department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is required.
• At least 2–3 years of experience as a spare‑parts executive or in a related logistics/warehouse role.
