About the role
The Store Manager will lead the daily operations of Shubha Yatra Collection’s retail outlet in Butwal. This on‑site position focuses on delivering an excellent shopping experience for students and travelers while driving sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule store staff, ensuring optimal coverage and performance.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve escalated issues promptly.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate orders with suppliers.
- Track sales, prepare performance reports, and implement strategies to meet targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and store‑branding standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience in retail or store management, including staff supervision.
