Store Manager – Ladies Fashion (Bags & Clothing)

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the daily operations of Lavish Collection’s ladies‑fashion outlet, specialising in bags and clothing. Reporting directly to the owner, you will ensure a welcoming environment, accurate inventory, and smooth sales processes while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Open the store and oversee all day‑to‑day activities.
• Greet customers, assist with product selection and provide styling advice.
• Process billing, cash, and digital payments through eSewa, Khalti and card terminals.
• Maintain precise inventory records, monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking.
• Arrange merchandise displays to maximise visual appeal and sales.
• Track daily and weekly sales, prepare simple reports and submit summaries to the owner.
• Handle customer enquiries, exchanges and complaints professionally.
• Keep the store clean, organised and presentable.
• Create short content for social media using a mobile device.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in retail or fashion store management.
• Strong sense of responsibility and customer‑orientation.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
• Good numerical aptitude for cash handling and inventory tracking.

Required skills

• Experience with eSewa digital payment platform.
• Experience with Khalti digital payment platform.
