Student Counselor – Study Abroad

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Student Counselor to join our team in Kathmandu. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will guide students through the entire study‑abroad journey, from selecting the right course and university to securing visas and accommodation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized counseling to students on higher‑education options abroad.
• Assist with application preparation, visa documentation, and scholarship searches.
• Coordinate with partner universities, colleges, and visa authorities to ensure smooth processing.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and follow‑up support throughout the enrollment process.

Required profile

• Degree in Education, Business, Counseling or a related field.
• Proven experience in study‑abroad consulting and visa procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, universities, and internal teams.
• Knowledge of international education systems and visa regulations.
