Supervisor – Front of House Operations

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Supervisor to lead our front‑of‑house team at Roadhouse’s flagship location in Kathmandu. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures smooth daily operations, high guest satisfaction and adherence to our hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant or hotel operations, ensuring service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Manage team schedules, delegate tasks and monitor performance.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members, fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain seamless service flow.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and company policies.
• Support inventory control, basic reporting and operational improvements.

Required profile

• Proven ability to supervise front‑of‑house or hotel operations.
• Strong people‑management skills, including mentoring and performance feedback.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience in hospitality (restaurants, cafés or hotels) in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in English and Nepali.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
