Supply Chain Officer – Procurement & Inventory Management

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, qualified Nepali professional to lead our Supply Chain function at ODAT Food and Beverage Pvt. Ltd., ensuring timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and supplies for smooth production and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the purchase of raw materials and other required materials.
• Check stock levels and identify materials that need to be ordered.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Warehouse, Production, and Sales teams.
• Follow up with suppliers on orders, prices, delivery dates, and quality.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders and supply records.
• Ensure materials arrive on time to avoid production delays.
• Monitor incoming materials and coordinate with the warehouse for proper receiving.
• Track stock movement and help maintain optimum inventory levels.
• Follow up on delayed or incomplete deliveries and resolve shortages or quality issues.
• Maintain proper records of suppliers, purchases, deliveries, and inventory.

Required profile

• Dynamic and qualified Nepali candidate with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lead the Supply Chain function and collaborate across Purchase, Warehouse, Production, and Sales teams.
