Technical Product Engineer

About the role

The Technical Product Engineer will bridge engineering, design, and business strategy to translate product requirements into technical execution. You will lead the design, development, and delivery of software products, ensuring a cohesive user experience and robust architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Define product requirements, roadmaps, and technical specifications in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Work closely with development teams on architecture, backend, and full‑stack implementation.
• Oversee UI/UX design decisions to maintain a consistent, user‑friendly experience.
• Guide integration of AI tools and modern development workflows into the product lifecycle.
• Manage API design, authentication systems, and database architecture.
• Collaborate with DevOps on deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure decisions.
• Review and guide code architecture across frontend and backend systems.
• Coordinate sprints, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely product delivery.
• Evaluate and adopt AI‑assisted development tools to improve team productivity.
• Conduct code and design reviews to meet quality and scalability standards.
• Liaise between technical teams and management on product progress and roadblocks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of overall experience, including 1–2 years as a Full‑Stack or Backend Developer and 1–2 years in Product Management or UI/UX design.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to balance technical depth and product perspective.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional coordination skills.
