About the role

We are seeking a confident and energetic Tele Sales and Content Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in phone‑based sales, engage potential customers, and feel comfortable appearing on camera for video and social‑media content.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, communicating clearly with potential customers.
  • Follow up on leads, support sales conversions, and maintain accurate lead records.
  • Explain our services confidently and answer customer queries.
  • Participate in video shoots and create social‑media content as required.
  • Collaborate professionally with team members and support promotional sales activities.

Required profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfortable with tele‑sales and customer interaction.
  • Confident on camera and able to present video content.
  • Proactive, presentable, and able to work toward targets.
  • Good follow‑up and persuasive skills.
