Territory Sales Officer

About the role

The Territory Sales Officer will drive sales growth for a premium kitchen appliance brand within the Narayanghat and Nepalgunj region. This early‑career position offers the chance to build a professional sales career while representing an internationally recognised brand.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and develop new sales channels such as dealers, distributors, showrooms and modular kitchen partners.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the appliance range.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotations, proposals and follow‑ups.
• Monitor local market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences.
• Support local promotions, exhibitions and in‑store activations in coordination with marketing.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve client concerns related to orders, delivery or after‑sales service.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven attitude and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with the local Narayanghat/Nepalgunj retail and dealer market is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, exhibitions and site visits.
• Two‑wheeler and a valid driver’s licence preferred.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in MS Office.
• Exposure to a CRM tool.
